[about] documenting the little things

I’m Arti. A twenty-something hopeless romantic turned pessimist… who happens to be in medical school. I write about my life and share pictures of things I think are worth sharing.

This  blog initially started as a photo a day project in 2013, after a particularly rough year. This blog was my way of remembering the day-to-day and the simple things in life that made me smile. I liked having a place where I could share whatever, so I tried to keep it going.

Then life got hectic, when I started working, and then even more hectic when I went back to school to get my Master’s degree.

Now I’m in medical school, pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a physician. My free hours are sparse, but taking pictures and writing about things that make me happy is still something I want to continue.

This blog is now just a space for me to share my perspective and random thoughts as I go through what will probably  be the toughest four years of my life.

This might get boring, but I hope you’ll stick around.

xoxo,

Arti
